01How do I create a CAREhab GO Account?

For Delegates, Speakers, Exhibitors and Trade Visitors

We will send you an access link via email. Please click on the link to set up your CAREhab GO Account to start viewing content, networking and collaborating with exhibitors and other professionals.

For first time users:

02How do I upgrade my account from Regular to Premium?

To upgrade your account:

  • Click on the right-hand corner of the menu bar that displays your avatar.
  • Select "UPGRADE". A pop up will appear.

Alternatively, please click on this link to proceed to purchase your CAREhab GO Premium.

If you do not have an existing account, please sign up at thislink.

03What is the difference between a Basic and Premium account?

CAREhab GO has two account plans available: Basic and Premium.

REGULAR account holders:

  • Access to live sandboxes, sponsored content and exhibitor showcase only
  • Access to live demonstrations and collaborative sessions only

PREMIUM account holders:

  • Full access to all online on-demand sessions

Events - Schedule/Live

01How do I set a reminder to a particular session/event?

From the event agenda, tap the 'bell icon' of the event/session(s) you would like to be notified for.

15 minutes prior to the commencement of the event/session, you will receive a notifcation to let you know that the event/session is starting.

You will also be notified when the event/session goes live.

To view all the reminders you have set, click on the 'bell icon' at the right-hand corner of the menu bar.

Conference

01How do I search for a session or presentation I want to rewatch?

Key in your search terms in the search bar; these could be speaker name, session title or a keyword to search for the session.

02What videos are there on the VOD?

We have full length sessions of CAREhab keynotes, sand-boxes, and quality lectures from renowned speakers. Past interviews with the speakers and exhibitors will also be available for your viewing.

03Why are there videos of some sessions missing?

The videos are uploaded after the event. Due to restrictions from the exhibitors and speakers, some sessions would not be made available in the library after the live stream ends.

04How do I turn on subtitles, captions on or off?

There is a small "CC" icon on the bottom bar of the video player. Click to turn on/off the captions.

Exhibition

01When are the Exhibitor Showcases / Product Demos / Events?

To check out Exhibitors' Events and Showcases

  • Go to 'On-Demand' Page
  • Head to the tab 'Showcase'
  • Under the list of exhibitors, click on the exhibitor you're interested in
  • Select the 'Events' tab under the dropdown box to find out more

02Are there digital brochures or collaterals?

Yes, you may download the digital materials under the 'Product/Services' tab under each exhibitor.

03How do I contact the exhibitor?

To contact the exhibitor,

  • Go to 'On-Demand' Page
  • Head to the tab 'Showcase'
  • Under the list of exhibitors, click on the exhibitor you're interested in
  • Select the 'Chat With An Expert' tab under the dropdown box to find out more
  • Select the Sales Representative of your choice by clicking on "CHAT NOW"

04I am exhibiting at CAREhab 2020. How do I schedule meetings with delegates and visitors?

Delegates and Visitors may schedule meetings with you by,

  • Select the "Chat With An Expert" tab under the dropdown box
  • Select the Sales Representative of his/her choice by clicking on "CHAT NOW"
  • The user will be able to send you a message to connect on the platform
  • When you receive a message to connect, you will be notified via your registered email address and a notification on the platform.

You can separately schedule a meeting with the user once the requested has been accepted.

05I am exhibiting at CAREhab 2020. How do I update my exhibitor listing?

If you would like to make changes to your exhibitor profile prior to the event dates (17 and 18 July 2020), please submit your desired changes to our team at carehab@singex.com Please allow us 3 working days to help you make those changes.

Urgent changes (that require immediate attention) are on a case by case basis. This service will be provided during the event days on 17 and 18 July 2020.

06Can I access content/community/network functions as an exhibitor?

Yes you can. Exhibitors have access to the Premium Digital entitlements. Entitlements are as follows:

  • Full access to all online on-demand sessions and all live sessions
  • Full access to video-on-demand library that includes all conference content till Feb 2021
  • Personalised content
  • Full access to business matching, networking and collaborative zones

07How do I get in touch with speakers and delegates?

There is a "Network" function within the platform that allows you to message the attendee directly. To use the "Network" function,

  • Head over to the "Community" tab on the navigation bar.
  • Scroll down and select "Network" at the navigation area located right under the banner.
  • Search for your profile of choice and send a personalised message to request a connection.
  • You may connect with the user within the platform once that user has accepted your request to connect.

To join conversations and discuss clinical issues, you can head over to CAREhab - SRC Community @ Interchange.

  • Head over to "Overview" tab under the "Community" page.
  • Scroll down to the "CAREhab - SRC Community @ Interchange" section and click on "Begin" to enter the Interchange portal.

As exhibitors, you also have access to Business Matching services during the duration of the event (17 - 18 July 2020). To access this service,

  • Head over to the "Connect" tab on the navigation bar.
  • Select on "Match App" to enter the Business Matching service.

Community

01Can I interact with other professionals on the platform?

Yes, interaction can be done in a number of ways. By interacting with other professionals on the platform, you will get interaction points which enrols you for a lucky draw (prize to be confirmed)

  • You can leave comments on the video player,
  • You can interact with users on the community platform by posting in the live feed, posting in the discussion group, creating a new forum thread or replying a post / discussion thread.
  • You can use our business matching platform to schedule meetings and chat with users individually.

Profile and Settings

01How do I receive notifications when someone commented on the same discussion that I joined?

You can check your notifications by clicking on the notifications 'Bell' icon located on the right of the top navigation bar.

A notification email will be sent to you too. By clicking on the link in the email, you will see the comment under 'From Notification'.

Discussion Groups/ Threads

01Can I create a forum discussion thread in tthe group?

Go to the CAREhab - SRC Community @ Interchange group. Select 'Forum'. Click '+New discussion' to create a new forum discussion thread.

Do remember to notify the CAREhab - SRC Community @ Interchange Team member about your discussion to get better exposure on the community platform.

02Can I tag someone in my posts / comments?

Yes, you can. Type '@' and key in the person's name. If they are a registered member on the Interchange platform, their name will appear. Select the person's name that you wish to tag.

03Can I insert attachements in my posts / comments?

When creating a post, there is a 'paperclip' icon above the message box. Click on it to insert a document. The file size must not exceed 50 MB.

If you wish to insert a video, click on the 'play' icon.

If you wish to insert an image, click on the 'picture' icon.

IF you wish to hyperlink your text, click on the 'infinity' icon.

04How do I delete my post or forum discussion thread that I've created?

At the top right corner of your post or forum thread, click the down-arrow button. Select 'Delete'.

05Someone have posted an inappropriate comment in the group or discussion thread.

You can flag it to us by clicking on the [...] located at the top right corner of the post and click the button 'Report this Post'.

06How do I leave a group?

Go to the group page. At the top right corner under the Group banner photo, there is a button that says 'Joined'. Click on it and choose 'Leave'.

07Can I post / comment anoymously?

No, you can't. We do not have this function as we want our users to be responsible for the things they post / comment. This is to help reduce the likelihood of our users posting inappropriate comments. We also feel that on a user perspecitive, it is a nice to know who you have been chatting with.

Search

01How do I filter for relevant groups or discussions?

Click the 'Connecter' tab and use the filter categories listed on the left.

02How do I filter posts / conversations on my Live Feed?

Use the filter tags that are available above the feed.

03How do I filter posts/ conversations in a Forum?

Use the filter tags that are availble on the left.

04Can I search for a user on the community platform?

Yes, you can. Key the person's name into the search bar located at the top navigation bar, Alternatively, you can click on the 'Members' tab and use the various filters available.

05How do I view other users' profile

If you are using the search bar located on the top navigation bar, when you select the person's name, his/ her profile page will appear.

Alternatively, under the 'Members' tab, you can click on the person's profile.

06How do I save a user under 'My Contacts' list?

Under the 'Members' tab, select the person you wish to save, click on the 'star' icon and he/she will be saved under 'My Contacts' list.

02How does the community platform work?

CAREhab - SRC Community @ Interchange is an online community platform to help facilitate the sharing of medical best practices and challenges, enable exchanges on the latest research and updates, individualise the learning of participants and promote cross industry collaboration.

Profile and Settings

Business Matching - using Match App

01How does the app work?

The app helps to recommend likeminded professional to connect and allows you to connect via pre-scheduled video call during the event days.

Profile and Settings

01How do I edit my profile?

To edit your profile, click on 'Me' at the top navigation bar. Click on the 'edit' button located beside your name, on the right. Edit your profile accordingly.

02How do I set the language?

English is the default language available.

Search

01How do you choose the people to recommend to me?

Recommendations are done through our AI engine, based on the preference you have indicated for each attribute during your first login.

You can choose to edit the your attribute preference under the 'For You' tab.

02How do I find search for people to connect with?

Use the search bar at the top of the app to do a search. Search using keywords or use the search filters available (e.g. country, position, industry, etc).

Meetings

01How do I schedule a meeting?

Click on the 'Meet' button available on each user's profile.

02Can I choose a different timing for the meeting other than what is listed?

No. The platform is set to support structured meetings during the event timing of 10am to 6pm. Each meeting slot is 30 minutes.

03Is there a time-limit for each scheduled meeting?

Each meeting scheduled with video call is set to 30 minutes maximum. This is to help ensure introductory meetings are conducted effectively and maximise the number of connections you make during the event, Thereafter, you wiill only be able to continue the conversation via the chat function.

04How do I edit my schedules or time availability?

Click 'My Schedule' on the navigation bar. It is located at the bottom right of the app. You will be able to edit the different time slots.

05Will I receive a reminder before each scheduled meeting?

You can receive a free SMS reminder 15 minutes before each meeting. To setup, click on 'Me' button on the navigation bar that is located at the bottom right of the app. Enter your mobile number in the 'Mobile Number' section.

Please be assured that your mobile number will be kept private on this platform.

06How do I know that my meeting has been rescheduled/cancelled?

You would be able to receive notifications on the reschedule/cancellation via email.

If you have opted in for the notifications reminder with your mobile number under your profile, you would receive a free SMS notification on the reschedule / cancellation.

07Can I start my meeting before the scheduled time?

No. The video call function will only be enabled at the scheduled timeslot. You will have to re-schedule the meeting timeslot under the 'My Schedule' on the navigation bar.

08What happens if my meeting overruns?

The video call function is only available during the fixed timeslot, e.g. 10 – 10.30am (30mins). There is a countdown timer during the session and it will end automatically. This is to prevent overlaps with the next scheduled call, if any.

Once you have had a video call with user, you will not be able to re-schedule another call. Instead, you may continue the conversation through the chat function.

09I missed my meeting. Can I still reschedule it?

Yes, you can reschedule it to a time slot during the event dates when both parties are available.

10How do I unsent a meeting request?

Under the ‘Sent’ tab, click the ‘Request sent’ button that is on the person’s contact card. Select ‘Remove request’ to cancel the meeting request.

11Can I enter a different reasoning for declining a meeting?

Yes. You can do so by clicking 'My Schedule', click 'Cancel' button on the person's profile, and select a reason from the dropdown list.

12How do I know if my meeting requests were sent successfully?

All your sent meeting requests will be reflected under the 'Sent' tab.

13How do I delete chat?

You can delete a chat simply by deleting the meeting with the user.

Report an Issue / Feedback

01How do I report a user?

There will be a 5 rating system when a meeting ends and the option to write a note to review the user.

02How do I submit feedback?

To rate your connections, there will be a 5 rating system when a meeting ends and the option to write a note to review the user.

To leave general feedback, you may click on ‘FAQ’ and select ‘Ask’.

You can reach out to our customer service representative at this link. A representative will be in touch with you within 3 working days.

Alternatively, during the event days (17 - 18 July 2020). you can reach out one of our chat agents during the event on the platform.

03Why is the video not loading?

Here's what you can do to resolve it.

  • Check your internet connection.
    • Visit a random website to see if it loads
    • Check your connection settings to ensure everything checks out
    • Reset the router or contact your Internet Service Provider for help
  • Turn on JavaScript
    • Go into Chrome's Settings to check if you enabled JavaScript
    • Click on 'Advanced', then select 'Site settings' under 'Privacy and Security' and enable 'Allowed' for JavaScript

01How do I cancel my account/unsubscribe?

  • Log on to your CAREhab GO account and go to your Account Settings by clicking the 'Profile' icon
  • Under 'Account Email', click 'Edit'
  • Enter the new email adress and click 'Save'
  • Verify your email by clicking the link that was sent to your email
  • Log back into CAREhab GO

02How can I change my password?

  • Log on to your CAREhab GO account and go to your Account Settings by clicking the 'Profile' icon
  • Under 'Security', click 'Change
  • Enter your current password and a new password. Click 'Save'
  • You will be logged out of your account once you change your password. Please log back in with your new password to continue enjoying CAREhab GO

01How is my data protected?

The Provider is committed to ensuring the user’s privacy is protected. Any information by which you can be identified when using the website will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

The Provider may gather information to understand user needs and/or for the following reasons:

  • To send emails about press releases and announcements using the email address provided by the User when subscribing to our newsletter.
  • To analyse web traffic and data to improve user experience.

The Provider does not sell, distribute or lease user information to third parties unless required by law.

The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
